Lovey shot 10 months in the nursery, then crying and not sleeping?

My 10 months son still sleeps with a blanket Lovey. Began to pull the crib to nap and then do not go to sleep. I do not know what to do when I went in his room to visit. Now, he thinks it's a game and you throw back a few times and not take siesta. Should I leave him alone and not go to his room to give him? Not sure if you can sleep without him since he was all NAPs / night since I was 3 months. Just wanted to add that I am now, once and gives it back, but have not given me a warning. Then I pulled the second time not to return, but then never again to sleep. After an hour I thought it was enough and made me get out of his crib. Usually naps for 2 hours in the afternoon though. So I must leave more time the hope that he goes to sleep again?

I had the same problem with the month in 11 years for the nanny, but threw out nodes.
