What is the difference between regular formula and Enfamil Lipil Enfamil next step?

My baby just turned 9 months and usually drink Enfamil LIPIL. My friend recently gave me a box filled with the formula of Enfamil LIPIL concentrate. I realized IM to my last two boxes and Enfamil Next Step ready to go. What exactly is the difference between the two? Should I go to the store and keep it in the normal preparation Enfamil?

next step is for babies … I think the first 9 months they can get, maybe 12 … it should say on the box.
